These terms will apply to all your purchases of items from the retail section of our Web Site, whether you are ordering online, by email or by telephone. Please read this document carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time. Please check them before you make a new purchase.
You can pay for your order via our payment gateway paypal, by debit or credit card or by cheque.
Your Agreement With Us
We will confirm acceptance of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone).
Postage and delivery costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt and clearance of payment, and are shipped via Royal Mail second class. Delivery by first class is available by prior arrangement. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries but we do not accept responsibility for Royal Mail delivery times or issues outside our control. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Customers have up to 14 days from the goods dispatch date to request a return and refund. Mydas Touch does not accept the return of goods without prior consent. Before returning any product please contact us via email or telephone. All goods must be returned in the original packaging. Refund will be on receipt of returned goods.
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, or display ‘out of stock’ they can be ordered by contacting us by telephone or email. Confirmation will be by telephone or email and an indication of time scale will be given. As many of our items are made to order delivery time may vary according to demand. An estimation will be given and the customer kept updated of progress. Payment will only be asked for when items are ready for dispatch. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
