Postage and delivery costs are clearly indicated during the check out process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt and clearance of payment, and are shipped via Royal Mail second class. If you prefer delivery by first class, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us if you wish to choose this method.
Postage fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Customers have up to 14 days from the goods dispatch date to request a return and refund. Mydas Touch does not accept the return of goods without prior consent. Before returning any product please contact us via email or telephone. All goods must be returned in the original packaging. Refund will be on receipt of returned goods.
